Returns & Refunds
At Zymera, we aim to provide a premium product experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return eligibility
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
For hygiene reasons, sleep masks that have been used or worn may not be eligible for return.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Zymera is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
